Acquaintance and QUIZ

We start by determining the level of people who participate in the training. Then we learn what the levels are and begin building the path of a modern leader.

Tribal leadership concept

Basic definitions of the concept and the word of Dave Logan. Description of four levels and three sublevels on each of them. Tips of a coach for each of the levels. Methods of influence and criteria for the transition from level to level.

Fifth level: dream team

The fifth-level people – are they genius? Is it unattainable? We analyze cases and find out which companies managed to more or less stabilize at the fifth level: coach tips, ways to influence, and criteria for moving to the fifth level of teamwork.

Summing up and forming plans for the next month

Completion of training. What is valuable to each of us? Where to move next? We make plans and ask questions to work with people in a new way: both at work and in the family and other teams.
