PAL-E: Professional Scrum Leadership Essentials

Agile leadership is what Agile transformation is impossible without. The three-day PAL-E training is designed to help managers at all levels change the way they work, manage time, and measure results to meet the new needs of agile teams.
PAL-E online training is conducted using Zoom (with meeting rooms) and Mural.
This training will teach you to implement profound changes, carry out Agile transformations and get the most out of them.
Team exercises will help you understand how to form and support flexible teams, as well as manage cultural and behavioral changes in the organization.
This is great preparation for the PAL I certification assessment on Scrum.org, which confirms the expertise at the international level.

Professional Scrum with Kanban training is useful for passing the PAL I certification assessment. All participants of the training receive a password to the assessment.

If you use a password for 14 days and do not reach at least 85% (minimum passing score), we will give you another try at no additional cost.

For participating in the training (even if the assessment is failed), you will receive 14 PDU points from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Slava Moskalenko is an Agile coach, trainer, change agent, speaker, and missioner of Agile culture.

  • Slava started working with Scrum and Agile in 2010, and in 2012 became the leader of Agile transformations of Luxoft clients, including UBS, Deutsche Bank, Hotwire, Microsoft, Lufthansa, and others
  • Since 2017, he has been a digital transformation consultant at Orica, BMW, Singapore Airlines, Prudential, and DBS
  • In 2015 he became Professional Scrum Trainer of the global organization Scrum.org, the first one in Ukraine
  • He has taught more than 1,000 Scrum Masters and Product Owners from more than 30 countries
