Co-trainer: Vyacheslav MoskalenkoI started to use Scrum at 2009 for development of the new product which was very risky for the company I was working for. Since that time Scrum helped me to deliver complex products, showed a good way to develop enthusiastic and courageous development teams, empowered me to change mindsets of the people I'm working with. For the next 6 years I never interrupted to use Scrum. It was implemented in larger programs, smaller projects, multisite teams, big enterprises, medium size product companies. In most cases my customers succeeded with Scrum implementation and found it valuable, some customers experienced huge difference between how it was pre-Scrum and how it is being in-Scrum, some customers reported improvements in many different ways - reduced time-to-market, increased sales, improved quality and predictability. From 2012 I started to work as a full time Scrum Coach and Trainer in the Luxoft company. My current job is to help Luxoft clients to transform their current software development processes and to adopt Scrum framework. I used to teach people Scrum my decision was to advance my training and coaching skills in order to deliver high quality materials and content to my students. My professional certificates are: PSM I, PSM II, PSE, PST, CSM, PSM, ICP, ICP-ACC, ICP-BVA.
