The PSPO-A course is intended for Product Owners who are looking to grow their knowledge and abilities.

You Will Learn About

  • How to best identify and serve various groups of stakeholders
  • How to use vision, value, and validation to create a competitive advantage for any product
  • What competencies are expected of a Product Owner
  • How to adopt several different Product Owner stances: Customer Representative, Visionary, Experimenter, Influencer, Collaborator and Decision Maker.

Prerequisites
Attendees make the most of the class if they:

  • Have studied the Scrum Guide (required)
  • Passed the Scrum Open assessment
  • Have a solid understanding of Scrum either through working on a Scrum Team or through taking part in a Professional Scrum Product Owner I, Professional Scrum Master I, II, or similar course
  • Have been on or are closely involved in building or enhancing a software product or application using Scrum
  • Have read one of the Scrum books of Ken Schwaber or the book “Scrum – A Pocket Guide” by Gunther Verheyen

The Professional Scrum Product Owner – Advanced course has two associated credentials: Professional Scrum Product Owner level I (PSPO I) and Professional Scrum Product Owner level II (PSPO II).

All participants receive a password to take the PSPO II assessment and are entitled to a 40% discount on the PSPO III assessment.

If you use your password within 14 days and do not get at least 85% (minimum passing score), we will give you another try at no additional cost.

A list of PSPO I and PSPO II certificate holders is published on Scrum.org.

For participation in the training (even if the test fails), students receive 14 PDU points from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

80% of our students take the PSM and PSPO certification tests on Scrum.org on the first try.

The price includes:

  • Quality and relevance control of training materials in accordance with Scrum.org programs
